Responsibilities Build and maintain customer relationships through consultative conversations about coverage needs Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately Participate in product training and licensing coursework Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system Qualifications No prior sales experience required - we will train you Fluent or proficient in Spanish and English, preferred Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days) Paid company holidays Clear career advancement paths Pay range: $45,000-$70,000 per year This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses.
