Junior Adoption Architect

Participate in the 10-month FASTER Program, a comprehensive onboarding and development program Participate in structured training and attain industry-recognized certifications Build hands-on skills spanning Cloud, Automation, and AI solutions Present standard technical content and support workshops Co-facilitate customer discussions alongside experienced team members to gather actionable technical insights Shadow senior architects to learn how technical engagements are run and documented Advance product adoption and drive product consumption Develop practical understanding of enterprise solution architecture, account planning tools, and Red Hat Open Practices Identify technical blockers and deliver customer value Participate in customer engagements and architecture reviews Partner with account teams to eliminate technical and organizational blockers, educate customers, and prove platform value Build support networks with peers, manager, mentor, and other Red Hat associates Focus on personal and professional development while growing a career at Red Hat Requirements Passion and curiosity for open source technology and desire to build a career within the Tech industry and expertise in emerging technologies Strong technical skills in computer science, IT, AI, or related fields gained through university programs, upskilling bootcamps, certificate programs, military experience, etc. Demonstrated experience applying technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills in an Enterprise IT-related project Motivation to engage in self-directed learning on new technologies Experience with Red Hat products and/or related Open Source technologies preferred Exposure to scripting languages such as Python or Bash is a plus Exposure to programming languages such as Java or Go is a plus Desire to be customer-focused, understand customer needs, and assist them in achieving their goals Ability to travel to customer sites and work both in-person at a Red Hat office as well as remotely Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external customers Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English Ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship No explicit minimum years of experience stated Core Competencies Demonstrates strong technical skills in Cloud, Automation, and AI solutions, with a focus on customer engagement and enterprise solution architecture.
