Dental Assistant

Job Description We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. Our office focuses on periodontal and implant care, and we’re proud of the supportive, positive environment we’ve built for both patients and staff. What You’ll Do Prepare and breakdown rooms for surgical procedures. Sterilize instruments and maintain a safe, clean clinical space. Help manage supplies and keep things organized. Assist with x-rays, CBCTs, and digital scans (we’ll provide training). Clinical assisting during treatment. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred (specialty training is a plus but not required). Good communication skills and a patient-first attitude. Reliability, flexibility, and the willingness to learn new skills. Ability to provide references and verify work history. Benefits Pay: $22–$25/hour, depending on experience. Schedule: Full‑time (Mon‑Fri, 7:30am–5:00pm, closed Thursdays). 401(k) with profit sharing after 1 year. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Production bonuses. On‑site parking.
