Flight Training Enrollment Advisor Stature Aviation is looking for a standout Flight Training Enrollment Advisor to help future pilots take the first step toward aviation. This is not a passive desk role. This is a people-first, sales-focused position for someone who is passionate about aviation, easy to talk to, quick to follow up, and genuinely excited to help people get started. You'll be the front door to our flight training experience. From the first inquiry to the discovery flight, enrollment, and first lesson scheduling, you'll guide prospective students through the process with confidence, clarity, and energy. At Stature, we work with busy professionals who expect excellence, responsiveness, and a premium experience from the very first conversation. We're looking for someone who can build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and move prospects forward without being pushy or transactional. Responsibilities Include: Responding quickly and professionally to new flight training inquiries Calling, texting, and emailing prospective students with consistent follow-up Qualifying prospective students and understanding their goals Booking and confirming discovery flights Following up after discovery flights to help prospects take the next step Explaining training programs, timelines, pricing, and expectations Managing the flight training lead pipeline in the CRM Reactivating past leads, discovery flight guests, and inactive students Coordinating smooth handoffs to Client Experience and the training team Tracking conversion metrics, follow-up activity, and enrollment progress Helping create an exceptional first impression of Stature Aviation The Right Person Will Be: Passionate about aviation and excited to talk about it Warm, confident, and naturally easy to connect with Hungry to grow, earn, and build a career Comfortable making phone calls and following up consistently Organized enough to manage a pipeline without letting leads fall through the cracks Positive, proactive, and energized by helping people get started Professional enough to work with busy, high-expectation clients Coachable, accountable, and willing to learn Motivated by service, sales, and results A pilot certificate is not required. Aviation interest, strong people skills, and a desire to grow in aviation sales are more important than years of experience. Experience in sales, admissions, customer service, hospitality, membership sales, real estate, aviation, or other people-focused roles is a plus.
