Systems Support Technician — IT Helpdesk Pro

Waxahachie ISD Technology is seeking a Technology Technician I to provide technical support to district staff and students. This role includes assisting with hardware, software applications, and peripherals, via phone or remote access, and resolving issues in classrooms and labs. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED (A+ preferred) and familiarity with Windows operating systems. Dell repair certification is a plus.
