Position Residential Service Electrician Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM What You'll Do As a Residential Service Electrician, you'll perform electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, and remodeling work for homeowners while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll work independently, maintain high-quality workmanship, and help ensure every project is completed safely and efficiently. Primary Responsibilities Perform residential electrical service and repair work Complete electrical remodels and renovation projects Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues Install and replace electrical devices, fixtures, switches, receptacles, lighting, and panels as needed Follow all electrical codes and company safety standards Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site Assist with training and mentoring less experienced team members when needed What We're Looking For 2-3 years of hands-on experience in residential electrical service and remodeling Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Own basic hand tools Ability to safely work from extension and step ladders Willingness to continue learning through company training and educational opportunities What We Offer $27-$30 per hour , based on experience Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week Optional overtime available Company work van provided during the workday Paid weekly through direct deposit Annual performance bonuses Health insurance expense sharing Paid sick time and vacation accrual Seven paid holidays Company uniforms provided Steady, year-round work Supportive leadership and team environment Long-term career growth opportunities Why Join 5 Star Home Services?
