Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Help patients get well by assessing needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. Adapt treatment to individual patients, addressing their whole needs and ensuring progress toward physical independence. Collaborate with peers and refer patients for additional care as needed. Teach patients and caregivers the skills required to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent. Posted Salary Range: USD $42.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
