Lead Breader
Lead Breader role will be responsible for maintaining proper breading procedures so every piece of chicken meets Chick-Fil-A standards.
Ensures proper rotation of chicken, hold times, cooked product levels throughout the day, and communicate with leaders and staff on catering/peak volume days.
This role is for someone with a strong voice and the ability to maintain quality, food safety, and consistency with production needs.
Needs to work well with others and be willing to train and coach other breaders on proper SOPs according to Chick-Fil-A requirements.
