Requirements:
• Active IN License or willing to otbtain
• BC in IM or FM & Geriatrics
• DEA & CDS Certification
• BLS
• Previous supervisory experience
• Most recent NPDB Report (within 30 days active)
• 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly population
