Full-Time Front Desk ManagerPediatrics at Chartley is hiring a Full-Time Front Desk Manager. We offer excellent benefits-- including 401k, Health Insurance and Paid Holidays.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient patient flowTrain, supervise, and support front desk staff to maintain high standards of customer serviceManage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and billing processesEnsure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and administrative recordsAddress patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyCollaborate with medical staff to facilitate effective communication and coordinationMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environmentImplement and uphold office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiencySkills and Qualifications:One to two years supervisory experience in customer service or healthcare settingsStrong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skillsDemonstrated leadership ability and team management skillsProficiency in computer systemsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentialityPrior healthcare experience highly preferredKnowledge of Electronic Health Record systems highly preferredExperience with Office Practicum highly preferredKnowledge of billing and insurance processes highly preferred
