ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Our growing Nesconset insurance office is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys talking to people, responds well to coaching, and wants to build a long-term career in a performance-driven environment.

Insurance experience is not required We care more about finding someone with strong character, work ethic, communication skills, and a desire to succeed. We'll provide the training, coaching, and opportunities-you bring the effort and consistency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Work with leads from multiple sources, including inbound opportunities, internet leads, existing customers, win-backs, cross-selling opportunities, and prospecting
• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs
• Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective customers
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Meet individual and team production goals
• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and training
• Develop your insurance knowledge and sales skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $40,000-$50,000 base salary
• Uncapped monthly commission
• Average total compensation of approximately $65,000-$75,000

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Previous insurance experience is not required Candidates with backgrounds in retail sales, automotive, hospitality, banking, fitness, telecommunications, recruiting, or other customer-facing environments are encouraged to apply.

Relevant insurance licensing will be required for the position.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
