For 80 years, we have been one of upstate New York’s largest providers of programs and services for individuals who have disabilities. Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere

We are searching for a Staff Dentist to join our practice. The dentist will be part of our Center Health Care, and will primarily take care for the people with disabilities as a well as the general population. This position is based out of our offices in Albany, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, treatment, consultations, and follow-up care for patients.

• Deliver preventive, restorative, and routine dental services in accordance with professional standards and best practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

• Perform dental procedures and prescribe medications as appropriate within the scope of practice.

• Educate patients and caregivers on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide coordinated, high-quality patient care.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote oral health and wellness.

We pride ourselves on providing optimum dental care for patients/clients, including preventive and routine care, according to current professional guidelines and best practice.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree

• Current license and registration to practice Dentistry in New York State​

• At least 1 year of job related experience, specifically in dentistry and/or completion of a residency program in dental care/specialty

• Excellent communication skills

• Friendly and professional demeanor

Compensation Range:

$173,014.40 - $224,889.60
