Our client, a leading organization in the engineering and technical sectors, is seeking a Contract Engineering Recruiter-remote to join their team. As a Contract Engineering Recruiter-remote, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the engineering and technical hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach, and excellent organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent for current and future hiring needs.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting engineering, manufacturing, technical, or professional positions.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as a strong team player.
