- Join 5 board-certified physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
- Well-established team with psychologist and 6 counselors
- Inpatient facilities in West Burlington and Fort Madison
- Board-certified or board-eligible required
- Must be board-certified within 2 years after training
- Hospital-employed position
- DEA registration required
