The right person is someone who makes our organization a better place for every employee.With over 80 years of history, IC System is the collection agency of choice for businesses of all sizes, from small businesses to many Fortune 500 companies.As a Data Specialist, you'll monitor, manage, and escalate incoming and outgoing production file processing using multiple applications and systems.Location and ScheduleSchedule: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.Training will be conducted onsite at our Vadnais Heights, MN locationAfter training is complete, this position will transition to a hybrid work arrangement, primarily remote with the ability to work onsite as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess incoming and outgoing files according to the client/programming specification.Proactively respond to the needs of both internal and external clients.Manage production and ensure all files are received and processed correctly.Process files using current data manipulation and encryption software.Assist Information Technology personnel and IS DepartmentResubmit abnormally ended jobs after determining problem and taking corrective actions.QualificationsCandidates of all experience are encouraged to apply!
