\nThey are experiencing rapid growth in the crypto industry, so they are seeking a Tax Director. As their Tax Director, you'll play a pivotal role in their continued success. They need an experienced tax professional to step in, take ownership of their tax processes.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and planning. \n
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize their financial performance and minimize tax liabilities. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions. \n
- Keep abreast of evolving tax laws and regulations in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. \n
- Build and lead a tax team over time as the function grows. \n
