About This Role The Per Diem RN Supervisor at Mass General Brigham provides administrative, operational, and clinical responsibilities for all services in the facility during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in leadership and patient care. Highlights Pay: $56.94 - $82.81/Hourly Location: Cambridge, MA Facility: The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation Schedule: Per Diem, Rotating What You’ll Do Supervise patient care through verification of the nursing process according to established practices. Ensure appropriate intervention in situations such as patient deterioration or equipment malfunctions. Serve as off-shift patient care representative, addressing patient or family concerns. Conduct rounds of all patient care areas, emphasizing accurate reporting for high-acuity patients. Collaborate with support services, emergency, admitting, and clinical services to coordinate care. Follow through to resolve patient needs and environmental safety issues.
