Sales Support Coordinator
Part-time Sales Support Coordinator Location: Mount Vernon, NY full-time onsite Compensation: $18-$23/hr part-time role

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Support Coordinator:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Maintain and update project information within the CRM system
- Prepare and distribute project activity reports to sales representatives
- Enter and track sample transmittal information in the CRM
- Assist with lead follow-up, client outreach, and project coordination activities
Qualifications for the Sales Support Coordinator:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems
- Experience handling high-volume phone and computer-based work
- Ability to perform outbound calls and follow up on leads
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
