Associate Broker

Role Description The Associate Broker will work on-site in New York, NY in a full-time capacity, supporting brokerage activities across commercial leasing, sales, and investment transactions. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property tours, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with financial analyses and comparative market studies. The role will involve managing transaction pipelines, coordinating with landlords, tenants, investors, and internal teams, and helping draft proposals, letters of intent, and deal summaries. The Associate Broker will maintain and update CRM databases, track market trends, and attend industry events to build and strengthen client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to learn from senior brokers while progressively taking on more client-facing and deal management responsibilities. Qualifications Strong commercial real estate interest, with familiarity or experience in leasing, investment sales, or property management. Financial and analytical skills, including comfort with Excel, basic valuation concepts, and comparative market analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional emails, presentations, and marketing materials. Client service and relationship-building abilities, including active listening, follow-through, and a professional, ethical approach. Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM platforms; experience with real estate databases is a plus). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. New York real estate salesperson or broker license (or eligibility and commitment to obtain within a specified timeframe). Ability to work on-site in New York, NY and to attend property tours, meetings, and industry events.
