Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (LOTA)

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. In this on-site role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions focused on improving function, independence, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document care in compliance with regulatory standards.
