Job Overview Core Medical Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Fort Collins, Colorado. The position starts ASAP and will involve 40 hours per week with 8‑hour days in an outpatient/clinic setting. Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient/clinic setting. Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with facility protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado or ready to obtain a Colorado license. Current certification and willingness to obtain any additional credentials required by the assignment. Experience in outpatient or clinic settings preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
