Manufacturing Coordinator Our client in the Conroe area is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working on the manufacturing floor, supporting production teams, and ensuring products are built and shipped on time while maintaining quality standards. Position may be offered as hourly or salaried depending on qualifications. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules Spend the majority of the day on the manufacturing floor supporting production associates Monitor workflow and help resolve production issues Ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process Coordinate with production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure on-time deliveries Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Communicate production priorities and provide support to manufacturing personnel Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency Qualifications: Previous manufacturing leadership, coordination, or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflows Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Quality-focused with strong attention to detail Ability to work on the production floor for extended periods Computer proficiency and experience with manufacturing systems is a plus Apply online or at our office: Express can help you find a job that is a good fit for your needs and abilities, and you’ll never pay a fee for our services and support.
