Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) - female only

Job Description Job Summary: The Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) - (Female Only) at Caresense Living is a full-time, hourly healthcare/medical job located in Warminster, Pennsylvania. This individual contributor role is responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with physical and/or developmental disabilities in their homes. The Lead DSP will also be responsible for supervising and training a team of DSPs, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. Schedule Tuesday Through Saturday 2pm to 10pm Compensation & Benefits This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $19 per hour, paid biweekly. Employees are also eligible for company benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans. Responsibilities Provide direct care and support to clients with physical and/or developmental disabilities, following their individualized care plans Administer medication to clients as prescribed by their healthcare professionals Train and supervise a team of DSPs, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide quality care Coordinate and schedule shift coverage to ensure round-the-clock care for clients Monitor clients' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and up-to-date Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care for individuals Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct care, preferably with individuals with disabilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CPR/First Aid certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Must be female EEOC Statement Caresense Living is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
