Sr. Electrical Engineer

Sr. Electrical EngineerBe responsible for working with project engineers and field personnel on HV power distribution equipment, motors and generatorsBe the technical lead on developing solutions to equipment performance issuesDirect third party vendors on the repair on all high voltage equipment.Develop long term electrical equipment reliability improvement by identifying recurring issues and developing engineered solutions such as predictive and preventative maintenance programsDevelop and participate in failure analysis studies to identify root cause of system malfunctionBS in Electrical Engineering (MS a plus)5+ years working in large industrial facilitiesA PE license is also a major plusKnowledge of high voltage substation equipment, transformers, control circuits and variable frequency drives is also requiredAbility to perform power system analysis calculations such as load flow, arc flash, short circuit and motor starting/voltage drop is also required.Job Status: Full Time / Permanent Eligibility: EAD GC/ GC/ US Citizen Share the Profiles to mkonni(at)1stitsolution.com Contact: View phone number on click.appcast.io Keep the subject line with Job Title and Location
