TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44124!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Tele Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required. License: Must hold a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: - Active required certifications with nothing pending. - Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty. Description: This position offers night shift work with three 12-hour shifts. The candidate must have a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. A permanent Ohio license or a compact state license must be held at the time of submission. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Candidates will receive two attempts to pass required assessments during orientation. Background checks will be reviewed; travelers with open cases will not be accepted. Candidates must be nicotine-free unless exempt based on current policies. Negative 10-panel drug screening is required within 12 months of the start date. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to the facility for one year from their previous end date. BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing. Candidates may extend with the client for up to 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required. Modules are required to be completed pre-start and annually, with time needed varying by specialty.
