You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Regions Business Capital (RBC) Administration and Collateral Manager oversees collateral administration, portfolio monitoring and performance reporting, risk governance coordination, operational controls, and strategic business support activities.Primary ResponsibilitiesLeads RBC’s centralized collateral management function, overseeing the administration, monitoring, reporting, and control of collateral supporting asset-based lending and secured working capitalDevelops and leads managers and teams, driving performance, talent development, succession planning, recruitment, and achievement of business objectivesProvides oversight and governance for collateral monitoring, borrowing base processes, and related operational controlsOversees portfolio operations reporting and management information to support business performance and decision-makingMonitors collateral trends, emerging risks, exceptions, and portfolio concerns, escalating issues as appropriateServes as the primary escalation point for complex collateral, operational, risk, and portfolio matters, including remediation and audit supportLeads strategic initiatives and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, risk management, reporting, and client servicePartners with Credit Risk Management, Operational Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders on collateral and asset-based lending mattersSupports the development and maintenance of business reporting, performance metrics, and leadership dashboardsFosters collaboration across business and support functions to drive communication, accountability, and executionThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$130,828.01 USDMedian:$184,590.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan.
