Lead / Senior Technician Responsibilities:
- Residential and commercial sprinkler system service, repair and installation, including, but not limited to:
- Performing system audits / assessments and maintenance
- Troubleshooting and repairing valves and manifolds
- Enhancing and adding to existing systems
- Installing irrigation systems
- Installing high-tech smart irrigation controllers, high-tech sensors and flow sensing equipment
- Educating clients about system enhancements and conservation
Lead / Senior Technician Qualifications:
- 4+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required
- Clean driving record
- Results-oriented
- Motivation to earn production bonuses
- Great attitude with a desire for growth
- Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
