Professional Development Specialists are responsible for the following:

• Provides professional nursing care based on nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Serves as a role model and mentor for students and other staff.
• Maintains accountability for own practice and aspects of care delegated to others.

Jefferson Health is searching for a registered nurse Professional Development Specialist with advanced skills who demonstrates a high degree of professional competence in a specialized nursing field. Qualifications for this position include:

• Master's Degree in Nursing required
• RN, BLS, and ACLS certifications in the state of New Jersey
• Five (5) years of nursing experience with three (3) years in area of specialty practice

Salary Range $89,776.00 to $127,930.80. The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
