Strategy & Operations - Early Stage AI Firm - NYC

We’re working with an early-stage AI company in NYC that’s already generating seven-figure revenue. Tier-1 backers. Founding team out of top-tier banking, consulting, and PE. The hard part is done - now they’re scaling.
The role
Direct line to the founders. High ownership from day one. Roughly half your time owning strategic relationships with enterprise clients at CMO level - you’re not supporting these accounts, you’re running them. The other half working directly with product and engineering to shape what gets built next.
This is not a support function and it’s not a coordination role. You’ll set client strategy, drive implementations, and be expected to have a genuine point of view on the roadmap.
