Cardiology Physician

Rate: $285/hr on 1099 fpr clinical hours and $2200 for 24 hour on call with Travel, lodging and Malpractice Covered
Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 6-9 Months

Patient Population: Adult Cardiology Patients

Setting: Outpatient Clinic with Hospital Consult Coverage

Responsibilities:

• Outpatient General Cardiology Clinic (approximately 3 days per week)
• Supervision of Cardiac Stress Tests (approximately 1 day per week)
• Provide occasional hospital consult coverage
• Participate in call coverage as needed
• Read cardiac imaging studies
• Nuclear Stress Test interpretation preferred but not required

• Cardiac Imaging Interpretation
• Stress Test Supervision
• Outpatient Cardiology Management

EMR System: Epic

Support Staff:

• Current APP Support (through September)
• Solo Practice Coverage

Patient Volume: To Be Discussed During Interview

Days Per Month: 3 Weeks Per Month Preferred

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday
• 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

On-Call/Weekends:

• Call Coverage as Needed
• 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Outpatient Clinic & Stress Test Supervision:

Hospital Consult Service:

• Board Certified in Cardiology
• Board Certified/Qualified to Read Cardiac Imaging Studies
• Active New York License Required
• Epic Experience Required
• AHA or RQI Certifications Required
• 5+ Years of Experience Preferred
