$1749 - $3413/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. • Mon Fri, two evenings until 7 pm 40-hour work week
• 10 13 patients per day 1 hr evals, 30 45 min visits
• Outpatient orthopedic clinic
• 1:1 patient care model
• EMR: Therapy Source/NetHealth
• Outpatient ortho experience preferred wide variety of patients
• Minimum 1 recent outpatient travel assignment required
