Advises on financial modeling and the synthesis of trend data and provides advice on the external environment for growth opportunities. Leads the planning and preparation of business proposals.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development for logistics tech and logistics optimization, analytics, and portable cold storage solutionsDrive inorganic growth initiatives that complement CST’s core offerings and accelerate innovation in cold chain and supply chain domainsAct as a trusted advisor to the Head of Products & Solutions and collaborate with global portfolio managersEstablishes strategy to drive implementation of initiatives, financial growth opportunities and business development efforts.Manages network of relationships with key current and potential customers to achieve shared goals and lead customer relations management.Consults with the executive leadership team to drive strategy and partnership decisions.Guides coordination with marketing, sales, and technology groups to implement business development strategy.Monitors and evaluates the external environment for financial growth opportunities.Guides the broad planning and preparation of complex business proposals and makes recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decision making.Strategic Visions & AlignmentMarket Intelligence & Target OriginationDeal Structuring & ExecutionPost-Merger IntegrationBusiness DevelopmentRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree8 + years of experience in M&A, corporate development, and/or investment banking or Corporate Strategy in supply chain and logistics technology. Preferred QualificationsPreferred degree in Finance, Business, or EngineeringMBA or advanced finance qualificationsDirect experience in cold chainAdvanced financial modeling and valuation expertise; strong negotiation and influencing skills; deep understanding of cold chain, supply chain, and emerging technologies; ability to manage cross-border transactions and cultural integration.Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 annually.
