Hospitalist Position

Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is looking for a Hospitalist to join our Howard County Medical Center (HCMC), Columbia, Maryland, team. Put your passion to care towards our role as a Hopkins Physician, where you'll be responsible for providing the exceptional quality of care that our patients expect.

Schedule include mostly days, nights, weekends, and holidays

JHCP Hospital-Based Medicine, HCMC, Columbia, Maryland

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Unrestricted MD Licensure in the State of Maryland required.

Certified Internal Medicine (ABIM)

BLS/ACLS Certification required.

Preferred:

Leadership experience: managing a large hospitalist/nocturnist team

Leadership experience collaborating with Hospital Leadership

Experience with RVU model, budgeting, staffing

Strong and effective communication skills

Strong change management and problem-solving skills

Scheduling experience, with Q-Genda

Data analysis
