Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics (The Shops at La Cantera - San Antonio, TX)

Job Description Fabletics is currently looking for a Full‑Time Sales Lead for our location at The Shops at La Cantera in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting both sales and operations. You will leverage cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between our website and retail stores, collaborate with a driven Store Manager and team, and help the business reach bold targets. Responsibilities Embody our culture and values and provide insight to our customers on how to live their passion. Actively engage customers in new ways by providing knowledge on the fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product. Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store through events, promotions, and community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback on our Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations. In coordination with the Store Manager, inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the overall customer experience. Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey. Actively participate in providing and nourishing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business. Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a resource for general product knowledge for all customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Maintain all safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues. Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs). Qualifications At least 1 year of work experience within a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside the store. Ability to work with large teams. Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. High comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise. Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator with an innate ability to bring the best out in others. Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure. Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays. This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; it may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
