Chemical Mixing Operator

We currently have openings across all shifts. Role Overview We are seeking skilled individuals to join our manufacturing team as Chemical Mixing Operators. In this capacity, you will manage the precise measurement and blending of raw components, oversee production machinery, adhere strictly to batch protocols, and guarantee that all output aligns with our established quality and safety benchmarks. Core Duties Utilize mixing apparatus and various production tools in a secure manner. Interpret and execute production directives and batch documentation. Precisely measure and incorporate raw ingredients to fulfill formula requirements. Combine various materials to create high-quality adhesive goods. Configure, calibrate, and oversee machinery throughout the manufacturing cycle. Evaluate product integrity to help ensure only high-quality items reach our customers. Address minor technical issues with machinery and production workflows. Keep precise logs of all production and batch activities. Adhere to all organizational Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) protocols. Help maintain a safe and orderly workspace by following standard operating procedures. Collaborate effectively with teammates while maintaining the ability to work autonomously. Qualifications Completion of High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Prior background in chemical blending is strongly desired. Experience managing hazardous substances is considered an asset. Proficiency in operating a forklift is preferred. Demonstrate high attention to detail to ensure consistent adherence to complex instructions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Physical capability to lift loads weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to remain standing for nearly the entire duration of your shift. Maintain a dedicated focus on upholding safety and quality standards for the entire team.
