Engineering Manager

Job Description Responsibilities
- The Engineering Manager drives process innovation, equipment design, and team development to ensure operational excellence, safety, and scalability in a fast-growing, high-technology environment.
- Build, mentor, manage high-performing engineering team responsible for process functions.
- Lead capital planning, Capex budgeting, operating expense for Engineering and Maintenance
- Collaborate with Corporate Engineering implement engineering standards and strategies.
- Oversee troubleshooting and root cause analysis for quality, productivity, and safety issues.
- Lead initiatives for scrap reduction, OEE improvement, cost education, uptime reliability.
- Relocation provided.
- The Engineering Manager will have a BS degree in engineering or related technical discipline (advanced
- degree preferred).
- 10 + years relevant engineering experience in extrusion, polymer processing or other high precision continuous process industries highly preferred.
- CAPEX project management expertise
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical talent and lead multidisciplinary teams (maintenance / reliability, process, instrumentation, etc.)
- Expertise in root cause analysis, statistical problem solving, and structured decision making.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
