Job Description

Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager drives process innovation, equipment design, and team development to ensure operational excellence, safety, and scalability in a fast-growing, high-technology environment.
Build, mentor, manage high-performing engineering team responsible for process functions.
Lead capital planning, Capex budgeting, operating expense for Engineering and Maintenance
Collaborate with Corporate Engineering implement engineering standards and strategies.
Oversee troubleshooting and root cause analysis for quality, productivity, and safety issues.
Lead initiatives for scrap reduction, OEE improvement, cost education, uptime reliability.
Relocation provided.

Qualifications

The Engineering Manager will have a BS degree in engineering or related technical discipline (advanced
degree preferred).
10 + years relevant engineering experience in extrusion, polymer processing or other high precision continuous process industries highly preferred.
CAPEX project management expertise
Demonstrated ability to develop technical talent and lead multidisciplinary teams (maintenance / reliability, process, instrumentation, etc.)
Expertise in root cause analysis, statistical problem solving, and structured decision making.
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
