COTA Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position. Our clinicians are credentialed to use our approved system, which is recognized by JCAHO. We offer innovative programs such as our older-adult Model of Care, Freedom Through Functionality, and the Geriatric Enhanced Modalities (GEM) program. Responsibilities: Perform evaluations and develop effective patient treatment plans. Implement medically prescribed therapy treatments to restore, compensate, or adapt for patient function loss. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program or hold a current license in the practice state. Problem-solving skills appropriate for the role. Good time management and organizational skills. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to relate professionally and positively with patients, families, and staff. Maintain regular attendance and meet all health and regulatory requirements. Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
