Call Center Customer Service Representative - Member Support

Job Description
Role: Handle Montana Medicaid member calls, answer questions regarding eligibility, benefits, provider changes, and claims, research and resolve issues, document calls, and follow call- handling/escalation procedures.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Work Type: 100% Onsite – No Remote
- Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Positive, professional attitude
- Good multitasking and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, and spelling
- Computer/data-entry and database documentation experience
- Preferred: 1+ year medical insurance/medical office experience
- Preferred: Call center or professional office experience
