Groundup Commercial SuperintendentPosition OverviewThe Groundup Commercial Superintendent will oversee the construction and completion of commercial projects from the ground up. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets.Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues.Lead and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.QualificationsMust have 5+ Years Groundup Commercial Superintendent experience - a MUSTMust be coming out of a reputable GC with strong references (subcontractor references, former employers, etc)Must have good tenure (please only apply if you've spent more than 2+ years per prior company)Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction with a strong tenure.In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, safety standards, and building codes.Experience managing commercial projects such as warehouses, office buildings, hospitals, and municipal buildings.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
