We are seeking a dynamic and talented Breakfast Attendant to join our team for $20 hourly . PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the complimentary breakfast area, ensuring a clean and a welcoming environment for all guests. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional guest experience each morning, by being friendly, reliable, and service-oriented. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food and beverage items according to hotel standards. Monitor food and beverage levels throughout service and replenish as needed. Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including wiping tables, restocking utensils, and ensuring food safety standards. Monitor food temperatures and presentation to ensure quality and compliance with health regulations. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. Clean up breakfast area at the end of service, including sanitizing surfaces, disposing of trash, and storing items properly. Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to management. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Occasional QUALIFICATION STANDARDS High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required. Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods. SCHEDULE / HOLIDAYS/ PTO This position requires regular, reliable, and punctual attendance. A Breakfast Attendant is expected to usually keep a 5-day-a-week schedule but adjust as needed according to business needs; for example, a 6-day week may be required during peak business periods. Working evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Holidays and PTO are in accordance with the AH Non-Exempt Employee policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Typically, PTO will not be permitted during June 15 - September 15 and December 15 – January 5.
