Marketing & Social Media Assistant

This is a remote position. We are looking for a driven Marketing & Social Media Assistant with a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on our social media channels, specifically, Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok & Pinterest. Responsibilities include creating content across all company social media channels, capturing content during marketing activities and events including but not limited to Photoshoots, Styled Shoots, Runway shows, In-Store Events & Trade-shows on an as needed basis. Liaising with Managers and Bridal Consultants to push specific products weekly on all platforms and drive sales. Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience identification. Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. Setting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content. Moderating all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community. Continuously improving by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. Collaborating with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. Other Administrative Duties as assigned.

Requirements include excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability. Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus.
