Your future role at a glance Location: Appleton, WI Hospital: Ascension St Elizabeth Department: Imaging Schedule: Evenings |Full-time Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 8am-8pm No call, no weekends #nextgenhealthcare How you'll make an impact in this role Executehigh-quality Computed Tomography (CT) procedures with precision, generating clear diagnostic images that directly inform patient treatment plans. Administercontrast media and essential medications safely and compliantly, ensuring imaging clarity and optimal patient outcomes. Monitorthe patient’s condition closely throughout the exam, proactively recognizing and responding to any emergent changes or needs to ensure a safe experience. Upholdstrict radiation safety standards and protocols, actively contributing to a safe environment for all patients and staff. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following required: Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. NMTCB(CT) Computed Tomography Specialty Certification or ARRT(CT) Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography required in addition to CNMT Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy specialty also accepted. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
