Position Summary

The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.

We are looking for dependable and professional CDL A Owner Operators to haul intermodal containers between rail yards, ports, and customer locations. Drivers will operate safely, maintain schedules, and ensure timely freight delivery while maximizing earning potential.

Responsibilities

Transport intermodal containers to and from rail yards, ports, and customer facilities
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Secure and inspect cargo according to DOT regulations
Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and load updates
Follow all federal, state, and local safety regulations
Ensure equipment is maintained in safe operating condition

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum [12] years of CDL A driving experience
Intermodal experience preferred
TWIC card preferred or required (if applicable)
Clean driving record and background check
Ability to pass DOT drug screening
Own tractor that meets DOT requirements
Knowledge of ELD systems and DOT regulations
