The Role From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters mostmaking everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable. Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule D - Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, e/o Saturday) What You'll Do Collaborate with teammates to achieve production and safety goals Coach, motivate and engage team members to assist in workforce development Organize and lead shift and safety meetings Establish work schedules and production sequences to meet production goals Conduct performance evaluations in a timely manner Confirm all lines are cleaned in accordance with BRC standards Document all disciplinary actions resulting from policy/procedure violations Verify the quality of all products by managing and overseeing quality checks Ensure shift is staffed in its entirety and communicates with human resources Analyze and complete overtime paperwork, records, performance charts, work orders, and production schedules to set production requirements, production estimates, and outputs What You'll Bring Essential Qualifications: Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools Strong communication skills and positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of Leadership Experience Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary: Wages ranging from $27.00 - $33.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
