SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the G-1, MANPOWER DIVISION, of MARINE CORPS BASE. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the development and execution of the manpower management program, advise on manpower matters at all echelons of management and provide oversight and administrative direction to commands. You will serve as the primary advisor on current associative programs, trends and emerging developments. You will provide guidance, interpretation and insight to military and civilian supervisors regarding the management of enlisted personnel. You will closely monitor installation structure changes and compile statistical data and civilian personnel reports for management briefings. You will direct and supervise the work of personnel by planning, scheduling, and coordinating work, evaluating employee work performance, identifying developmental and training needs of employees and recommending performance awards. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing human resources programs to include position management, classification and recruitment actions; evaluating organizational structure efficiency by identifying personnel resource gaps, translating high-level policy directives and conducting studies to optimize personnel distribution; AND making critical administrative decisions to meet deadlines and recommend appropriate courses of action.
