Product Manager

Client: Leading AI-first operating platform for residential and commercial trades. Onsite : 5 days a week We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager who is excited about building and delivering AI-powered products that create real business impact. This role goes beyond traditional product management — you will own not only the roadmap, but also the outcomes. You’ll work at the intersection of AI capabilities, customer needs, and business strategy to deliver products that meaningfully improve how customers operate. The ideal candidate is deeply curious about AI, enthusiastic about applying it to real-world problems, and motivated by measurable results. You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution and energized by building in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration. Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and business outcomes. Identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful value for customers and translate them into product initiatives. Use experimentation, metrics, and customer feedback to guide product decisions and continuously improve outcomes. Champion the use of AI both within the product and across internal workflows. Define clear success metrics and be accountable for product performance, adoption, and business impact. Engage directly with customers to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven improvements. Move quickly from idea to prototype to production while balancing speed and quality. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Qualifications Strong interest in AI technologies and their practical business applications. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-moving environments. Demonstrated track record of owning outcomes, not just delivering features. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-informed approach to decision making. Passion for experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation. Nice to Have Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms. Background in startup or high-growth product environments.
