Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Fast Pace Health is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to float among clinics serving rural communities. Provide urgent and primary care by assessing patients, reviewing histories, conducting examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing appropriate treatment, and coordinating follow-up care. Maintain accurate clinical records and work closely with a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered service. This role supports access to care across a growing regional healthcare provider offering urgent care, primary care, behavioral health, and diagnostic services.
