The PM&R Department is an integral specialty within our comprehensive Neuroscience Program, which includes the services of Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Medicine, Stroke and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

Work at the top of your license alongside a team of 2 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

  • Brain injury
  • Post-stroke care
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Amputations
  • Other musculoskeletal conditions

Schedule

• Casual| Onsite St. Cloud, MN

• Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm

Pay and Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: $52.09 - $67.95 per hour

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• BLS Certification

Preferred:

• PM and R experience
