This position performs tasks related to fabricating steel plate safely, efficiently, and to Landmark's quality standards. Essential Functions Accurately measure, mark & lay-out materials/parts using a tape measure along with other lay-out tools Reliably listen & follow instructions Safely and efficiently use a variety of hand and power tools including saws, sheers, punches, grinders, cutting torch, & handheld plasma torch Safely and efficiently operate an overhead crane General shop housekeeping; organization of raw & processed materials Understands and practices the Landmark Safety Policy. Observes all safety practices and procedures. Safely and efficiently operate a forklift or other heavy equipment Equipment Operation Frequent use of various Power Tools Frequent use of various Manual Tools Potential rare use of Heavy Equipment Experience Requirements 0-2 years of experience in a fabrication / steel fabrication or welding shop setting Benefits We offer a competitive compensation, medical benefits and retirement package.
