Production Packer- Pay up to $21.45/hr- IN.

Location: Greenfield, IN 

Pay: $21.45/hr

Shift: 3rd- 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Unpack parts weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Use RF scanners to track orders and inventory.
• Re-pack products into totes according to work instructions.
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects.
• Follow written work instructions and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with material handling, labeling, loading, and unloading tasks.
• Adhere to all safety standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Experience with packaging, packing, or production work preferred.
• Basic inspection and quality control experience.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40456.00 - $44616.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
